SumoStack AI provides AI-powered receptionist services for dental practices. The service handles patient intake, appointment scheduling, and emergency notifications on behalf of the practices we work with. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Emergency SMS Notifications

• •Emergency SMS notifications are sent to on-call providers who have opted in through the dashboard.
• •Message and data rates may apply for SMS notifications.
• •You can opt out at any time by disabling alerts in the dashboard or replying STOP.

SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to SumoStack AI SMS notifications through the practice dashboard, you consent to receive automated text messages from SumoStack AI related to emergency after-hours dental notifications. Message frequency varies based on emergency call volume, typically fewer than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by toggling off emergency alerts in the dashboard or replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using the SumoStack AI service. Mobile phone numbers and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

HIPAA Compliance

SumoStack AI is HIPAA compliant and maintains Business Associate Agreements with all subcontractors who may handle protected health information as part of delivering the service.

Service Provided “As Is”

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SumoStack AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
